What the first hours actually ask of you
If someone has died at home, begin by calling a doctor or the emergency service: nothing else can move forward until the medical certificate exists. There is no need to move the body before they arrive, and no decision about the ceremony has to be made in those minutes.
Once the certificate is issued, the transfer and the paperwork come next, and that is where we step in. We come to the address you give us, carry out the transfer, and tell you the order the documents are gathered in. The coffin, the hall and the date are chosen later.

Frequently asked questions
Someone has died at home. What comes first?
Call a doctor or the emergency service and wait for the medical certificate; every later step depends on that document. The body does not need to be moved before then. You can call us in the meantime and we will explain what follows.
How soon can the transfer happen, and what does it cost?
We take calls around the clock and come out once the certificate is in hand. A transfer within the city starts at 150 GEL; elsewhere in Georgia the charge runs per kilometre, from 2.5 GEL. A Mercedes-Benz hearse starts at 150 GEL.
Which decisions belong to today and which can wait?
Only the certificate and the transfer belong to the first hours. The coffin, the hall, the date and anything additional are discussed later: the basic package is 850 GEL and a full one is quoted individually. Cremation is priced by arrangement.
